1. How to place an order
You can visit one of the showrooms which shows the company's products or place an order on website. Add items to the shopping cart, feel in the contact form, choose delivery country or dealer if needed and send the completed form. In the shortest time the manager will contact you to clarify the details of your order.
Please pay attention that the color or material of some goods could be changed. Visit the “Modifications” section on the good’s page to discover the possible options. If there is no “Modifications” section on the good’s page – you can ask the dealer to send you the PDF catalogue of materials or you can visit the nearest showroom and see the catalog on the spot.
Now these payment methods are available:
- Non-cash payment (bank transfer).
Cash payment available in retail outlets in Ukraine. Payment shall be made in local currency only. In confirmation of payment the dealer must give purchase receipt.
You can pay for your order by bank transfer. For this when ordering specify that you are interested in non-cash payment method.
Once your order is finalized, the company provides the sales contract and invoice.
Money are accepted by bank transfer (UAH, USD, EUR).
Please pay attention that ODESD2 work on the conditions of prepayment. Read the contract and invoice, sign (put a seal) and transfer the 70% of the amount. Immediately after receiving a prepayment your order goes into production.
After readiness of the order you should transfer 30% of the amount and you can pick up goods.
ODESD2 delivers around the world by car, air or sea transport. Add products to the shopping cart, specify the number and delivery region to find out the approximate cost of delivery. Manager can provide the exact shipping cost after order confirmation.
ODESD2 guarantees high quality and reliability of its products on condition of proper use and care.
General warranty terms
Guarantee is carried out according to terms and requirements established by the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumers' Rights». Confirmation of warranty is the purchase receipt (invoice).
The guarantee takes effect on the date of purchase and is valid through:
- 18 months from date of purchase for products that are in domestic use;
- 12 months from date of purchase for products that are used in spaces of public use.

The guarantee does not apply if the goods were collected by the buyer not according to instruction, if the conditions of storage of goods had been violated, products were used inappropriately or in violation of rules and regulations of exploitation, configuration of the goods was changed.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cuts, scratches, as well as the damage after hit or incident.
The warranty does not apply if the products were stored outdoors or in wet areas.
Instructions for use and care
ODESD2 products are intended for use in dry spaces, protected from harmful atmospheric influences (direct sunlight, humidity). The products must be exploited in accordance with functionality. Not recommended to put a sharp, heavy objects on the furniture. Do not put hot items on furniture without insulated stand.
After two weeks of exploitation of furniture tighten screw fastening. Several times a year check the reliability of fastenings.
For wooden/metal surfaces: wipe with a soft cloth. You can use special means of care for furniture (in this case follow the directions from the manufacturer of the product).
For soft pillows: vacuum using a soft brush. You can use special means of care for furniture fabrics (in this case follow the directions from the manufacturer of the product).
For leather pillows: you can use special means of care for leather surfaces (in this case follow the directions from the manufacturer of the product). Do not place them closer than 30 cm away from any heat source. Never clean with the use of detergents.
